Cesc Fabregas blocks Nico Paz transfer exit

Como Stands Firm on Nico Paz Transfer Rumors
Como, a Serie A club, has made it clear that they will not be allowing their midfield star, Nico Paz, to leave the club before the summer transfer window closes. Paz, who has been linked with a potential return to Real Madrid, decided against making a move back to the Spanish capital.
Carlo Ancelotti, former boss of Real Madrid, sold Paz to Como last summer for around €6m. However, the agreement between the two clubs includes provisions that allow Real Madrid to keep their options open regarding Paz’s future. This structured exit package also includes three buy-back options that could come into play in 2025, 2026, and 2027 respectively.

Real Madrid did not activate the first buy-back option for Paz worth €8m before its expiry, as reported by Sky Sports Italia. Tottenham, on the other hand, reportedly showed interest in Paz with a potential €45m offer after missing out on another player.

Despite Tottenham’s interest, Cesc Fabregas, a key figure in Como, has dismissed any rumors of Paz moving to Tottenham. Fabregas expressed his calmness and confidence in Paz’s happiness at Como, referring to him as a top player.
